BDO is seeking a Manager to lead its Tax team within Personal Debt Solutions. This pivotal position demands extensive knowledge of insolvency legislation and strong leadership skills. Key duties include managing day-to-day tax operations, file management, and collaborating with team leaders to ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily tax operations while managing client files
• Distribute workload and monitor team progress
• Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and standards
• Resolve client and creditor concerns professionally
• Set clear expectations for team performance
Requirements:
• Minimum five years related experience in insolvency
• Five years of tax preparation experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Strong focus on detail and client service
• Proficient in English, with iFirm knowledge as an asset
