Purpose
The Associate, Business Risk Management will contribute to the overall success of Non-financial Risk Assessments and Records Management programs, globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. They will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
Participate as a member of the team to innovate and create ways to identify, retain, retrieve and dispose of records in an efficient and effective manner. Document and maintain procedures and guidelines in collaboration with Global Compliance, Technology and other control and support functions for recordkeeping requirements. Act as a global records management subject matter expert for GBM Execute periodic monitoring, testing and validation of records or recordkeeping, including monthly OTC Derivative trade reconstruction to test the Bank’s ability to provide information to a regulator within 72 hours, when requested.
