Hybrid: 2 days/week in office (flexible)
Summary:
This team provides governance for the entire Portfolio
Financial focused
Looked at each CIO's portfolio & present monthly information to them in Powerpoint
Business Analysis (but not requirement gathering)
Must be able own Processes
MUST HAVE:
3 to 5 yrs experience Business Case analysis / Finance
Solid communication skills – in front of Business Leaders
Strong Analytical skills
Excel (Advanced, pivots, etc.)
Must be comfortable working in an unstructured environment – able to connect dots (no hand holding)
Autonomous – independent and ability to work on their own
Eager to learn & develop
PowerPoint (expert)
Able to work with large Data sets (which will be provided) & perform financial analysis
NICE TO HAVE:
Banking/Financial industry
Open to recent grads who are eager to learn and advance
Combination of skills set:
Finance & how to work in Tech world for Financial analysis
Any specific education/certifications:
Accounting expertise (No auditor or CPA). Ideally a CMA is a better fit
