Vice President – Principal Investments - CIB Business Management, TD Securities
Description
:We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead the strategic oversight, governance, and optimization of our investment portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of finance, regulatory strategy, and capital management. You will be responsible for building robust performance frameworks, investment execution and governance, and driving capital and performance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous oversight of portfolio health and performance trends to inform executive decision-making.
.Develop a deep, working knowledge of the evolving regulatory environment to ensure all investment activities remain compliant.
Establish a Performance Review Council to institutionalize portfolio monitoring and evaluation.
Optimize and maintain a comprehensive Treasury Framework tailored for both existing assets and new investment opportunities.
.Act as a central point of contact for investor relations and operational management within these structures.
