Vice President of Integrated Business Finance

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President will unify business performance metrics and streamline financial processes. This senior role is critical in transitioning finance from reporting to proactive decision support, integrating commercial, operations, and supply plans for superior strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the comprehensive view of enterprise performance metrics

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies

• Lead Integrated Business Planning initiatives across departments

• Align operational and commercial finance objectives effectively

• Drive trade-offs in pricing and capacity to support growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience

• Strong judgement in complex operational environments

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

• Advanced financial and analytical skills
