In this critical role, you will oversee revenue integrity initiatives and provide supervisory support to a team of clerks while conducting thorough analyses of revenue management processes. Your contributions will ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines while improving operational efficiencies through effective teamwork with IT and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute revenue integrity improvement initiatives
• Supervise and mentor Special Initiative Clerks for optimal performance
• Develop reporting tools like dashboards for revenue tracking
• Create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
• Collaborate on policy development for system enhancements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related fields
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in large housing environments
• Familiarity with Yardi/HoMES housing systems
• Proven project management and analytical capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
