In this Senior Associate position, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services tailored for private equity clients. You will oversee NAV reviews, capital call processes, security pricing, and audit assistance. This role requires adept communication with clients and internal teams to ensure all deliverables meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert fund accounting services for private equity clients

• Review security pricing and NAV preparations meticulously

• Calculate and manage capital calls and distributions

• Develop and review fee schedules accurately

• Assist in audits and prepare important financial statements

Requirements:

• University degree or professional designation in accounting

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Fund Administration; 2 years in Private Equity

• Proficient in Private Equity accounting systems like Investran

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and waterfall calculations

• Experience in supervisory roles is advantageous
