Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full purchasing lifecycle and vendor negotiations

• Manage biweekly payroll and tax allocations accurately

• Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and compliance

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in finance or accounting roles

• Advanced skills in bookkeeping and financial reconciliation

• Strong communication skills for budget documentation

• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
