Fund Operations Manager

Position: Fund Operations Manager at Onex
Elevate your career with Onex as a Fund Operations Manager focused on Private Equity. This Toronto-based opportunity involves fund accounting and collaboration with various corporate groups and vendors.

Reporting directly to the Director of Fund Operations, you will oversee fund accounting primarily for Onex' closed-end private equity funds. Key tasks include managing quarterly financial reports, supporting compliance deliverables, and executing transactions. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quarter-end and year-end reporting processes

• Oversee fund administrator deliverables for investor reporting

• Review accruals, billings, and fee calculations

• Liaise with fund auditors during the year-end process

• Monitor and implement new accounting standards

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 5 years finance experience

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Canadian GAAP

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Investran preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
