Position: Global FP&A Vice President Role
Take charge as the Global Vice President of FP&A at STRIVE in Toronto, where you will spearhead financial planning and analysis, driving significant change through analytics and technology. Lead the transformation of FP&A into a data-driven function.

In this high-level strategic role, you will oversee all FP&A activities and partner with the CFO to enhance performance management. Your leadership will be crucial for operational excellence and supporting executive decisions through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Drive FP&A modernization using AI and automation tools

• Serve as a trusted advisor across finance and operations

• Enhance financial reporting quality and performance metrics

• Develop a results-oriented FP&A team culture

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in FP&A and corporate finance

• Demonstrated success leading FP&A in a large multinational company

• Strong background in M&A financial modeling and analysis

• Track record in team leadership and FP&A transformation

• Preferred credentials: MBA, CPA, CFA, or CBV
