About the Role:

Join a dynamic organization as a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Develop financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives

Conduct profitability analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

Analyze sales, margins, and expenses to deliver actionable insights

Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes

Assist with system enhancements and implementations

Qualifications:

CPA designation preferred; MBA a plus

5+ years of FP&A experience

Financial reporting expertise (IFRS, US GAAP)

Advanced Excel skills (macros, dynamic models, etc.) and experience with ERP systems

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
