This Senior Business Advisor role within the Finance Transformation & Systems team requires you to connect various departments and ensure compliance in financial reporting. Drawing on your 8+ years of experience, you will lead system improvements and develop streamlined processes. Engage stakeholders and create impactful solutions that benefit the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all product lifecycle phases from planning to release
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Execute change management strategies for process updates
• Collaborate with finance and audit teams for controls improvement
• Produce functional requirements and system documentation
Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in finance-related advisory roles
• Strong grasp of IFRS 17 and accounting cycles
• Expertise in Excel and Power BI tools
• Knowledge of Agile delivery with Jira/Confluence
• Required bilingualism for Quebec applicants
