Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate title changes and mortgage assumptions for compliance

• Sell Credit Security Plan policies to borrowers

• Support project initiatives and process improvements

• Investigate and communicate credit application decisions

• Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively

Requirements:

• University degree is an asset

• Level 2 Mortgage Agent registration with FSRA

• Expertise in customer service and communication

• Experience with mortgage underwriting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
