This role reports to the Vice President of Portfolio Management, focusing on real estate debt transactions and refinancing activities. Candidates should have a firm grasp of CMHC products and demonstrate strategic thinking within the fast-paced financial sector. Efficiency in managing stakeholders and deliverables is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze debt transactions for strategic recommendations

• Support CMHC-insured financing and corporate-level debt execution

• Prepare financing presentations and confidential information memorandums

• Conduct financial analyses and produce risk management materials

• Partner with FP&A for forecasting and covenant calculations

Requirements:

• 4–6 years in real estate investment or finance

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• Strong understanding of real estate development lifecycle

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
