Step into a pivotal role as a Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst at First National, specializing in Commercial Mortgages. This position requires fluency in English and French to ensure seamless communication throughout the closing process.

As a Fulfillment Analyst, you will play a key role in processing various commercial loan transactions. Your focus will be on organizing documentation, validating data in the internal system, and ensuring all approvals are in line with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will manage critical details for construction advances, contributing to a smooth funding workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and organize paperless files for documentation

• Review Commitment Letters and CMHC Certificates for accuracy

• Prepare transaction-specific instructions for third-party lenders

• Onboard new commercial mortgage files into the loan management system

• Monitor and process advances on active construction loans

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, law, or related field

• At least 2 years in Finance or Commercial Real Estate

• Excellent communication skills in English and French

• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability

• Analytical mindset focused on risk identification
