Focused on private family offices, you will manage finances, document handling, and intercompany transactions while ensuring efficient communication across entities. This role thrives on confidentiality and adaptability, handling everything from bookkeeping to philanthropic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial documentation including bank and CRA statements

• Reconcile monthly bank transactions in Quick Books

• Prepare quarterly cash flow and tax reports

• Administer payment preparation and banking activities

• Organize and file documents in the office system

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting

• Proficient in Quick Books and Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion

• Canadian CPA designation or equivalent experience

• Strong accounting and tax knowledge
