This full-time position reports to the Director of Finance, focusing on financial performance and efficiency. You will analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights for resource utilization and continuous improvement. Supporting various budgeting and forecasting tools will be vital in this key business partner role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budget development and multi-year financial planning

• Analyze financial performance against forecasts and past results

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders

• Develop management reporting and key performance indicators

• Assist with internal and external audit preparation and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 3+ years of financial analysis or planning experience

• Strong analytical skills with financial reporting principles

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

• CPA designation or enrollment is preferred
