OTC Confirmations Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager in the GWO Confirmations team, you will ensure timely and accurate trade confirmations across various asset classes. This role requires in-depth knowledge of OTC derivatives and mandates daily control checks, monitoring unmatched trades, and supporting process improvements. You will play a key role in compliance and risk framework adherence within the confirmations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end OTC trade confirmations process
• Monitor and resolve unmatched or unconfirmed trades
• Analyze confirmation workflows to identify and correct breaks
• Conduct daily reconciliations and control checks
• Manage compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements:
• Expertise in OTC derivatives and trade lifecycle processes
• Hands-on experience in OTC confirmations and break resolution
• Strong knowledge of confirmation platforms like DTCC and Markit Wire
• Background in capital markets operations and reconciliation
• Understanding of regulatory compliance impacting trade processing
