Senior Financial Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process with full submission

• Deliver timely quarterly forecasting and business reviews

• Design and maintain long-range financial models

• Provide detailed P&L analysis and KPI dashboards

• Identify financial risks and support M&A activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a retail environment

• Proven expertise in financial modeling and senior presentations

• Familiarity with M&A due diligence is a plus

• Experience with ERP/HCM systems like Dayforce

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze variances
