Key Responsibilities:

• Execute valuations for financial reporting and strategic decision making

• Participate in business and intellectual property valuations

• Interact with clients, stakeholders, and advisors

• Conduct industry research on financial trends

• Prepare detailed cash flow and valuation models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or finance

• CPA or CFA designation, pursuing CBV designation

• 3 to 4 years in financial analysis and valuations
