Position: Finance Automation Manager at Sun Life
Lead the digital finance transformation at Sun Life as a Finance Automation Manager. Drive process redesign and automation to enhance efficiency in the Corporate Finance team.

In this role, you will guide the Finance Accelerator's efforts to modernize finance through innovative technology and process improvements. Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful outcomes. Leverage your analytical skills to assess current processes and identify solutions that deliver value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Agile teams to define project requirements

• Analyze and map finance processes to find solutions

• Validate financial results and ensure quality deliverables

• Communicate progress and solutions to internal clients

• Manage the backlog and user story elaboration

Requirements:

• CPA or relevant degree with 5-7 years industry experience

• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders

• Knowledge of Agile principles and process design

• Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power Automate

• Sharp analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
