Finance Co-op

September – December 2026. Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Finance Co‑op student to join our Finance team for the Fall 2026. Position:
Finance Co‑op. Compensation: $43K – $45K, 37.5 hrs per week.

Work location:

Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

• Financial Analysis:
  Conduct thorough financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decision‑making processes. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics to evaluate the company's financial health.
• Process Improvement & Data Management:
  Support the implementation of CPG best practices and streamline financial processes. Extract and manipulate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ad‑Hoc Reporting:
  Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, providing clear explanations and insights into financial data.

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting co-operative program with plans to return to school after assignment.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
