We are seeking a knowledgeable Manager for Pay Plan Operational Support with a prominent bank in Downtown Toronto. In this hybrid role, you'll engage in dynamic operational tasks, supplier management, and virtual card operations. The position demands strong problem-solving skills in managing incoming tickets and ensuring compliance with control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute supplier-related administrative tasks
• Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets
• Monitor compliance with COB control procedures
• Assess and triage exception files
• Perform general ledger reconciliation for virtual cards
Requirements:
• Basic Microsoft suite proficiency
• Operations experience in a financial context
• Experience in handling customer complaints
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools is a plus
• Effective team collaboration and curiosity
