Position: Financial Planning Manager with BI Focus
Shape the financial trajectory as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Utilize advanced budgeting and BI tools to drive insights and decision-making in a dynamic environment.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the entire budgeting and forecasting process. Collaborate with business units to prepare comprehensive reports and in-depth analyses using Tableau and Salesforce. Your analytical storytelling will translate numbers into actionable strategies, impacting financial performance significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end financial planning process

• Perform revenue and volume analysis using Salesforce

• Maintain dashboards with Tableau and Power BI

• Collaborate on month-end results with business leaders

• Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a mid to large organization

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle Hyperion

• Strong communication skills with senior leadership

• Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving capabilities
