Your role will also involve assessing business plans while managing a team and providing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial activities of restructuring engagements

• Apply financial and analytical skills to client scenarios

• Review and analyze financial statements and projections

• Conduct financial due diligence and business assessments

• Draft detailed reports and presentations for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Excel modeling and Power Point

• Willingness to travel up to 60%

• Authorization to work in Canada full-time
