You will utilize your 5+ years of experience to assess regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across various operational areas. Your duties will involve interpreting complex legislation and training others on compliance-related topics. Successful candidates will possess strong judgment skills and the ability to influence without authority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and document compliance legislation and policies
• Evaluate and manage compliance risks and issues
• Provide and facilitate compliance training sessions
• Collaborate with management across business units
• Use Windows and Microsoft applications proficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience
• Professional accounting/audit designation preferred
• Expertise in banking legislation and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• French and English bilingualism is a plus
Your expertise will be vital in helping Dexian maintain its high compliance standards.
