Investment Operations Manager at CAAT

With 6-8 years of experience in investment accounting or operations, this role involves managing private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit portfolios. You will ensure operational efficiency, uphold data integrity, and implement risk management strategies that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee capital calls and distributions processing

• Lead monthly and quarterly portfolio close activities

• Review GP valuations and prepare supporting analysis

• Manage relationships with investments, GPs, and fund administrators

• Develop policies and procedures for private operations

Requirements:

• 6-8 years in investment operations or accounting

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

• Solid understanding of private markets instruments

• Experience in staff coaching and mentoring

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
