Your primary focus will involve investigating delinquent accounts, administering collections, and aiding clients in budgeting strategies. Employ strong analytical skills to minimize monetary losses and provide support throughout the collections process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate delinquent accounts within your portfolio

• Administer collections and minimize financial exposure

• Assist clients in budgeting and financial planning

• Review bankruptcies and file claims as needed

• Collect common expenses, liens, and utility arrears

Requirements:

• Bilingual communication skills essential

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
