Position: Manager of Performance and Attribution at OMERS
Lead performance reporting initiatives as a Senior Manager at OMERS in Toronto. Enhance investment insights and team collaboration while embracing a hybrid work environment.

As part of the Investment Finance & Operations team, you'll oversee performance attribution for OMERS Capital Markets. This role demands a minimum of 8 years of experience and a strong grasp of investment vehicles. You will engage in producing accurate reporting while enhancing understanding of performance dynamics through collaboration and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance results

• Produce detailed exposure reports for oversight

• Design presentations and dashboards for senior leaders

• Advocate for digitized and interactive reporting solutions

• Analyze market trends relevant to performance outcomes

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in a senior investment performance role

• Experience managing teams in reporting environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics or similar

• Specialized knowledge in investment products and benchmarks

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI
