Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls regarding renewals and discharge requests

• Retain accounts affected by property switches or sales

• Engage with First National customers through strategic solicitations

• Sell Mortgage Life Insurance and Home Warranty programs

• Use technology to streamline the mortgage retention process

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of mortgage underwriting policies

• Excellent communication skills on the phone

• FSRA registration eligibility within five days
