Position: Finance Operations Associate at DealMaker
Join Deal Maker as a Finance Operations Associate and play a crucial role in our dynamic finance team. You’ll handle day-to-day accounts receivable and support the automation of finance workflows.

In this key position, you will oversee revenue cycle management, including deal setup and cash applications. You will also manage AR reminders, assist with expense management, and contribute to accounting responsibilities. Your tech-savvy approach will enable you to progressively automate and refine finance operations as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash application and deal setup creation

• Oversee AR reminder workflows and partnership invoicing

• Handle billing inquiries and internal AR follow-ups

• Support daily banking transactions and post journal entries

• Assist in audit preparation and balance sheet reconciliations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in accounting or finance operations

• Hands-on experience with AR/collections processes

• Proficient in cloud-based finance tools like Net Suite

• Strong attention to detail and system-oriented

• CPA in progress is preferred
