Become a Mortgage Renewal Specialist with Home Trust Company. In this hybrid role, you’ll negotiate rates, support clients, and secure mortgage renewals effectively.

This temporary 12-month contract position requires you to proactively contact Mortgage Renewal clients and maintain detailed communication records. You will review renewal files, strengthen borrower relationships, and analyze credit reports to determine appropriate rates while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact Mortgage Renewal clients to secure agreements

• Maintain detailed notes for clear communication

• Review renewal files prior to maturity dates

• Analyze credit reports and FICO scores

• Negotiate mortgage rates to achieve specified spread

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• 1-3 years in mortgage renewal or similar role

• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and policies

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
