Investment Banking Vice President at ATB Cormark

ATB Cormark Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President for its Diversified Industries group. Leverage your investment banking skills to drive impactful client engagements and transaction success.

In this senior role, you will play a vital part in leading M&A and financing transactions while supporting clients across various advisory projects. You’ll be responsible for managing due diligence processes and crafting compelling presentations using your strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. This position emphasizes the importance of teamwork while overseeing junior analysts and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of M&A and financing projects

• Conduct market and financial research for pitches

• Prepare analysis and present recommendations to clients

• Handle day-to-day client communications on mandates

• Mentor and guide analysts and associates' work

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of investment banking experience

• Direct involvement in M&A and capital raises

• Strong proficiency in Capital IQ and Bloomberg

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Relevant university degree; MBA or CFA preferred
