• Prepare detailed compensation analytics and project-based models

• Assist advisors with comprehensive business research

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Economics

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Compensation

• Understanding of CCP designation is a plus

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
