Collections Resolution Specialist Hybrid

Become a key player in collections with First National as a Resolution Specialist in a hybrid work environment. Manage delinquent accounts effectively by investigating and collecting to minimize financial exposure.

Reporting to the Manager, the Resolution Specialist oversees a designated portfolio of delinquent accounts, ensuring issues are resolved timely. You'll assist clients in budgeting, assess fees, and handle bankruptcy proposals.

Your role is crucial in maintaining corporate image and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate delinquent accounts in your portfolio

• Administer collections and minimize financial exposure

• Assist clients with budgeting and planning

• Review bankruptcy proposals and file claims as needed

• Process new PAC information and set up payments

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Competency in MS Office; adept at learning new systems

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage high-pressure situations

• Previous experience in collections or related field preferred
