Step into the role of Manager, Strategy & Governance with Fan Duel’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team. Drive compliance initiatives in anti-money laundering and sanctions operations.

Fan Duel Group is looking for a dynamic manager to enhance their Financial Crimes Compliance program in Canada. You will play a critical role in designing policies, implementing compliance measures, and leading audits while collaborating with various departments. This position offers a leadership opportunity focusing on process improvements and strategic compliance governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AML policies and procedures for compliance

• Lead coordination of audits and risk assessments

• Gather and analyze Key Risk Indicators for reviews

• Work closely with senior management on AML strategies

• Identify training needs and develop compliance content

Requirements:

• 5+ years in compliance within a highly regulated institution

• At least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in gaming

• Extensive knowledge of FINTRAC regulations

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• CAMS certification preferred
