Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end processes for GICs and HISA products

• Manage compliance of registered accounts, including tracking withdrawals

• Reconcile investment sub-ledgers to general ledger daily

• Lead tax reporting processes and client tax slip generation

• Collaborate with Product team on scalable operational workflows

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in Investment Operations or Wealth Management

• 5+ years of people management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Knowledge of Canadian registered plans and CRA requirements

• Exceptional accuracy in handling complex regulatory filings
