iCapital is seeking a Compliance Associate for its Global Regulatory and Compliance team. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards for PMs, EMDs, and IFMs. Your expertise will help maintain compliance across various investment vehicles while partnering with business teams in Canada to adhere to regulations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

• Foster a strong compliance culture across the organization

• Collaborate with internal departments on compliance issues

• Manage regulatory filings and support audits

• Track regulatory developments and update policies accordingly

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of compliance experience within investment management

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with regulatory filings is a plus

• Proficient in MS Suite including Word and Excel
