Lending Operations Expert

Become a Lending & Portfolio Services Specialist at Peoples Group, operating from our Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary offices. This hybrid role emphasizes effective portfolio management and client relationship building.

This 15-month fixed-term position is key to managing the servicing lifecycle of loans. Responsibilities include verifying electronic transactions, processing property taxes, and maintaining records. Your strong understanding of mortgage policies will ensure compliance and efficient operations while you support both client and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify EFTs and wires accurately

• Process property taxes regularly

• Support payment activities for lending operations

• Keep digital loan records updated and organized

• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months in an administrative role

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Experience in a mortgage or finance setting beneficial

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
