As part of the Bowes Wealth Management team, you will play a key role in facilitating high-quality service for affluent clients and institutional relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative operations, enhancing team productivity, and leading client interactions. The ideal candidate will take initiative to optimize branch processes and manage a variety of client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Advisors and manage client interaction smoothly

• Facilitate accurate account management and compliance documentation

• Coordinate administrative workflows within the branch

• Assist in planning and executing client events and marketing

• Provide input on improving team processes and technology use

Requirements:

• 4+ years in financial services or brokerage industry

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background

• Completed licensing such as the Canadian Securities Course

• Experience with Dataphile and familiarity with office software

• Strong interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
