Reporting directly to senior management, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Management Team's goals. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the valuation process, administering leasing software, and performing detailed financial analysis on property investments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, monitoring asset performance, and contributing to strategic asset management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the valuation cycle with the finance team

• Administer portfolio leasing software effectively

• Conduct detailed financial analyses for assets

• Provide comprehensive lease administration support

• Oversee property data accuracy in Yardi

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in real estate asset management

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or similar

• Proficient in financial modeling and cash flow analysis

• Advanced Excel skills;
Argus familiarity preferred

• Knowledge of Yardi modules is beneficial
