In this role at Pine, you will ensure that residency mortgage documentation is meticulously reviewed before funding. You'll work closely with our Finance and Operations teams to eliminate discrepancies and meet service standards. The position emphasizes attention to detail and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with mortgage advisors to collect necessary documents
• Conduct thorough reviews of mortgage application documents
• Address discrepancies and inconsistencies effectively
• Verify compliance with company underwriting guidelines
• Track fulfillment stages to facilitate timely deal closures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Capability to manage pressures of multiple deadlines
