Experienced Accountant

Position: Experienced Accountant Role at NADG
NADG seeks an Experienced Accountant to enhance financial reporting processes. Focus on month-end entries, cash flow monitoring, and stakeholder communication in this vital position.

As a Senior Accountant reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Taxation, you will engage with both internal and external users of financial statements. Candidates should have 3-4 years of relevant experience and hold an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with audits and completing ad-hoc reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record adjusting entries and capital entries month-end

• Monitor cash flow activities for accurate reporting

• Assist with fund and general ledger account coding

• Prepare year-end audit and tax files on time

• Liaise with management and financial information providers

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• 3-4 years of related experience in financial reporting

• Problem-solving and time management skills

• Strong organization and interpersonal abilities

• Resourceful individual with knowledge of Yardi preferred
