Contract Administration Analyst Hybrid Position

Become a key player at Toronto Hydro as a Contract Administration Analyst in a hybrid role. You'll oversee financial and contractual transactions, ensuring project success and budget adherence.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 3-5 years of finance and project coordination experience. You'll lead contract administration, analyze financial data, and be a liaison between multiple teams including engineering, finance, and procurement. There's a strong focus on accurate reporting and proactive identification of project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions from project inception to capitalization

• Administer capital and maintenance projects efficiently

• Act as primary contact for stakeholders in construction and program management

• Develop comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses

• Conduct field visits to support ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in finance and analytics

• Class G License preferred

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP beneficial

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
