Position: Underwriting & Investments Associate Role

Your expertise in data analysis and relationship management will drive quality decisions in real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite mortgage and real estate equity investments

• Analyze comparable sales data for accurate evaluations

• Facilitate appraisals by liaising with realtors

• Organize underwriting materials and documents effectively

• Support origination with new opportunity evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

• Minimum 4 years in underwriting or mortgage finance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Familiarity with appraisal and environmental reports
