This role focuses on delivering strategic financial leadership to plant teams and supporting continuous improvement through actionable analysis. You’ll manage production variance reporting and participate in yearly audits, influencing key decisions that direct the manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with plant managers to handle daily operational challenges

• Deliver comprehensive manufacturing scorecards with KPIs

• Conduct product cost analysis and validate costing elements

• Suggest productivity improvements and manage inventory controls

• Ensure compliance with costing policies and develop documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in finance or accounting

• CPA certification preferred or in progress

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with SAP and costing methodologies

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
