Senior Accountant at Wireless Retailer

In this hands-on position at a privately held telecom company, you’ll take charge of high-volume accounts payable and financial reporting. As a key player in a straightforward finance team, you have the opportunity to reshape processes and drive efficiencies, working closely with cross-functional teams including FP&A and IT to implement automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close for retail and e-commerce

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable

• Support day-to-day cash management and operations

• Contribute to cash flow and budgeting forecasts

• Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Canadian accounting experience

• CPA designation completed or in progress

• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics and Excel

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial standards

• Proven track record in process automation
