Senior Accounting Manager

Position: Senior Accounting Manager Contract Role
Shape financial strategies as a Senior Accounting Manager on a four-month contract us on P&L variance, journal review, and team guidance in a fast-paced setting.

In this role, you'll oversee critical month-end close activities and manage comprehensive variance analysis for Achievers. You'll not only handle journal entries and reconciliations but also provide strategic insights on COGS and redemption margins. Your leadership will be essential in navigating financial complexities while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting activities

• Review journal entries related to COGS and intercompany transactions

• Conduct management of financial statement variance analysis

• Guide the team in account reconciliations

• Support documentation requests for interim audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation is required

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related tools
