Equity Capital Markets Associate Position

Elevate your finance career as an Associate in Equity Capital Markets at Richardson Wealth on a 12-month contract. This role emphasizes detail-oriented support for private placements and settlement activities.

You'll assist senior team members in executing private placements at Richardson Wealth. This position requires coordination with issuers, Investment Advisors, and compliance to facilitate smooth transaction management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and possesses strong communication and relational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage non-brokered private placements and settlements

• Coordinate brokered financings with dealers and track orders

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation

• Perform inventory management and reconciliations in Dataphile

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in financial services, 2+ in capital markets

• Experience supporting Investment Advisors

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with Dataphile and NIAD is an asset
