Senior Investment Performance Analyst

Make a significant impact at OMERS as a Senior Analyst in Performance, Reporting, and Attribution in Toronto. Work within the Global Credit segment to deliver insightful analytics and reporting.

In this role, you will report to the Manager for Performance, Reporting, and Attribution, contributing to the Investment Finance & Operations team supporting Public and Private Credit strategies. With a focus on performance measurement, attribution, and reporting, your analytical skills will help derive clear insights into portfolio trends and return drivers across diverse financial instruments and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce performance and attribution reporting for Global Credit portfolios

• Generate detailed portfolio analytics by strategy and sector

• Develop dynamic Power

BI dashboards to convey performance insights

• Support digitized reporting initiatives for enhanced delivery

• Monitor macroeconomic developments impacting performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or investment reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline

• CFA or CIPM designation progress preferred

• Proficiency in SQL

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise
